Any person who engages in activities within the corporate city limits without having first registered, as provided by this chapter, or without having first applied for and obtaining the license herein provided for, or who violates any other of the provisions of this chapter, shall have committed an infraction and shall be processed in accordance with § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Every day of a continuing violation shall be deemed a separate offense for the purposes of these penalties.
