§ 92.20 UNENUMERATED NUISANCES.

(A) The acts, conditions or objects specifically enumerated and defined in §§ 92.02 through 92.19 of this chapter are declared public nuisances; and such acts, conditions or objects may be abated by any of the procedures set forth in § 92.21(A) through (D) of this chapter.

(B) In addition to the nuisances specifically enumerated within this subchapter, every other thing, substance or act which is determined to be injurious or detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare of the city is declared a nuisance and may be abated as provided in this subchapter.
