§ 91.19 ACCOUNTING ON SALE.
   The Chief of Police shall render an account of each sale to the City Recorder within ten days of the date of sale covering the items sold. The proceeds of each sale shall be applied first to the expenses of such sale, including, but not limited to, towing, transportation and reasonable storage costs incurred by the city; and the balance remaining, if any, shall be deposited to the General Fund of the city.
