§ 90.21 IMPLEMENTATION.
   For purposes of implementing this subchapter, where the terms “Board of Commissioners of Washington County, Oregon” appear, they shall mean “the City Council of the City of North Plains”, excepting for implementation of claims relating to livestock killed by dogs.
