§ 90.02 PROHIBITED AREAS.
   Subject to the exemptions listed in § 90.03 of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person or other entity to keep, possess or maintain, or to permit the keeping, possessing or maintaining by others, of livestock within the corporate city limits.
