§ 90.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DOMESTICATED FOWL. Includes female chickens, kept for personal use.
   LIVESTOCK. Includes cattle, horses, swine, sheep, goats and poultry (excluding domesticated fowl).
