§ 70.16 PEDESTRIANS; CROSSWALKS; RIGHT ANGLES.
   (A)   Pedestrians must use crosswalks. No person shall cross a street other than within a crosswalk in blocks with marked crosswalks, except when there is no marked crosswalk within 200 feet from the point of crossing.

   (B)   Right angles. No pedestrian shall cross a street other than by a route at right angles to the curb or by the shortest route to the opposite curb, unless crossing within a crosswalk.
