§ 52.013 SERVICE CONNECTION PERMITS.
   (A)   All new service connections shall be charged a service connection charge to connect to the city’s water distribution system.
   (B)   All new service connections shall be charged a system development charge (SDC) to connect to the city’s water distribution system.
