§ 34.075 ADOPTION OF STATE LAW.
   The city, by and through the City Council as the city’s governing body, hereby adopts the terms of ORS 307.515 to ORS 307.535 as those provisions relate to and address the creation of a real property tax exemption for low-income rental housing.
