Council hereby declares from and after the effective date of this section that whenever ordinances, resolutions or other publications are required by law or ordinance to be published, and publishing may be accomplished by posting in not less than five of the most public places in the Village, for a period of not less than fifteen days prior to the effective date thereof, the five public places of posting shall be the Village Hall on Lockwood Road, the bulletin board at the North Townline Road Park, the website for North Perry Village, Champs Barber Shop and Connelly Recycling Center.
