(a) No person shall operate or park any motor vehicle in any area of North Perry Village Parks except in those areas specifically designated for such use.
(b) No person shall operate an automobile, motorcycle or other motor vehicle at a speed in excess of 5 mph within the boundaries of North Perry Village Parks.
(c) All laws, statutes, ordinances, resolutions or other regulation relating to the operation of an automobile, motorcycle or other motor vehicle within the Village of North Perry, Lake County Ohio, shall also be made a part of these rules and shall apply as if fully rewritten herein and any violation of same shall be deemed a violation herein and shall be unlawful.
(d) Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
