(a) Dangerous Weapons. No person, except officers of the law in the discharge of their official duties, shall possess, carry, store, shoot, or discharge any gun, rifle, pistol, other firearm (loaded or unloaded), crossbow, switchblade knife, springblade knife, gravity knife, brass knuckles, blackjack or other dangerous weapon or ordinance within the boundaries of North Perry Village Parks. (b) Fireworks. Except those pyrotechnists properly licensed by the State of Ohio, no person shall possess, exhibit, sell or offer for sale, carry, store, shoot, display or discharge any firecrackers, sparkler, skyrocket, squib or other fireworks or explosive device within the boundaries of North Perry Village Parks.
(c) Penalty. Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
