955.02 INTOXICATING BEVERAGES.

(a) No intoxicating liquor, beer, wine or other intoxicating beverage may be sold, delivered, possessed, carried, stored or consumed within the boundaries of North Perry Village Parks, except as shall be permitted on certain occasions within the North Perry Village Hall.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
