(a) Posting and Removal of Advertising.
(1) No person shall post or place any notice, advertisement, picture, sign, and/or other item upon any building, fence, window, wall, pole, post, rock, tree or other surface within the boundaries of a North Perry Village Park without first obtaining the written consent of the North Perry Village Parks Manager.
(2) No person shall remove, displace, mutilate, obliterate, deface or otherwise damage or destroy any notice, advertisement, picture, sign or other item that has lawfully been placed or posted within the boundaries of a North Perry Village Park, except those individuals properly authorized to remove same.
(b) Removal of Signs. No person shall displace, remove, deface, mutilate, obliterate or otherwise damage or destroy any road sign, park directional sign, park entrance sign, danger sign, guidepost or other inscription lawfully placed or posted within the boundaries of the North Perry Village Park.
(c) Penalty. Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
