   951.01  UNAUTHORIZED USE OF BOAT RAMP.
   No unauthorized vehicle without necessary permit is allowed to use the boat ramp at North Townline Park.
   Any person owning such unauthorized vehicle and using North Townline Park boat ramp shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) and shall have their vehicle towed away.
