905.01  BRIDGES AND CULVERTS IN OR OVER DRAINAGE DITCHES.
   (a)   Before installing any bridge or culvert pipe in an improved Village drainage ditch within the Village, every person, firm, or corporation shall first obtain written permission from the Zoning Inspector to make such installation.  The length, diameter, and material of such bridge or culvert, the depth and level of such bridge or culvert, shall first be approved by the consulting engineer of North Perry Village and the installation of such bridge or culvert shall be subject to the approval and inspection of the consulting engineer.  Every such bridge and culvert hereinafter installed in/over an improved Village drainage ditch in the Village shall be of the size and length as determined by the Village Engineer.
   (b)   No person, firm, or corporation shall fill in, cover, regrade, or alter the course or grade of any improved Village drainage ditch or otherwise change the grade of such a ditch within the Village without first having obtained permission from the Zoning Inspector and any such filling in, covering, grading, or alteration shall be subject to the approval and inspection at all times of the Village Consulting Engineer.
   (c)   Every person, firm, or corporation making an installation of a bridge or culvert, otherwise filling in, covering, regrading or altering the course of grading of an improved Village drainage ditch or in any manner changing the grade of a ditch shall first pay to the Village the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) to defray the cost of approval and inspection.
