901.07  CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE.
   No permit shall be issued unless and until the applicant has deposited with the Village Inspector a certificate of insurance certifying that the applicant has public liability insurance in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) for injuries, including accidental death to any person in any one accident and property damage insurance with limits of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).  In addition thereto, the following special hazards shall be covered during the life of the applicant's work in amounts as follows:
   (a)   Public liability insurance to cover each automobile, truck or other vehicle used in the performance of the applicant's work in an amount not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) on account of injury or death of one person and not less than three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) on account of injury or death of two or more persons.
   (b)   Property damage liability insurance to cover each automobile, truck, or other vehicle used in the performance of the applicant's work in an amount not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) in any accident.
   (c)   Public liability and property damage insurance to cover the use of explosives used in the performance of the applicant's work, in the same limits as set forth in the preceding subsections.
