901.04 INSPECTIONS BY ROAD COMMISSIONER.

The Road Commissioner of the Village or any duly delegated assistant and the Village Inspector of the Village shall from time-to-time inspect or cause to be inspected all work that is the subject of the permit granted herein. Notice shall be given to the Road Commissioner and Village Inspector at least forty-eight hours before the work of refilling any excavations or openings commences.
