Persons who are denied licenses or whose licenses have been suspended or revoked may appeal by filing a written notice of appeal with the Village Clerk. The appeal must be filed within ten days after receipt of the notice of denial, suspension or revocation. The Village Council shall hear and determine the appeal and the decision of the Council shall be final.
