This Planning and Zoning Code includes standards and procedures for planning, subdividing, and developing land within the Village. This Code combines the subdivision and zoning rules, regulations, and standards into one unified set of land development regulations. These rules, regulations, procedures and accompanying maps shall be known and cited as the North Perry Village Planning and Zoning Code, and may be referred to as the Planning and Zoning Code.
