The Chief of Police shall suspend a license for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days if he determines that a license or an employee of a license has:
(a) Violated or is not in compliance with this Chapter;
(b) Engaged in excessive use of alcoholic beverages while on the Adult Business premises;
(c) Refused to allow an inspection of the Adult Business premises as authorized by this Chapter;
(d) Knowingly permitted gambling by any person on the Adult Business premises;
(e) Demonstrated inability to operate or manage a Adult Business in a peaceful and law abiding manner thus necessitating action by law enforcement officers; or
(f) Violated any Village, state or federal law.
