Each license shall expire one (1) year from the date of issuance and may be renewed only by making application as provided in Section 731.04. Applications for renewal should be made at least thirty (30) days before the expiration date, and when made less than thirty (30) days before the expiration date, the expiration of the license will not be affected. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to apply for renewal.
