123.11   POSTING OF RECORDS TO THE VILLAGE WEBSITE.   
   (a)   The Fiscal Officer shall post all records of Council proceedings, including notices, agendas, minutes, legislation and any other Council records the Fiscal Officer deems practical, and records of the Village finances, including the annual budget, financial reports provided to the Village Council and other financial records as the Fiscal Officer deems practical, to the Village website.
   (b)   The Mayor shall provide the Fiscal Officer with access, credentials, log-in information, or any other necessary authorization to enable the Fiscal Officer to comply with this section.
