123.09 SPENDING LIMIT OF THE PARKS DIRECTOR AND ROAD COMMISSIONER.

The Parks Director is authorized to expend up to two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) per purchase, and the Road Commissioner is authorized to expend up to two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) per purchase for the continuation of the Village needs and services.
