(a) Commencing January 1, 2006, and continuing thereafter, the Village shall pay for eligible businesses the monthly water, sewer, and garbage pick up fees for each such business to the extent and pursuant to the same formula used by the Village to pay water, sewer and garbage pick up fees for Village residents. The Village shall be responsible for no other utility expenses incurred by said eligible commercial businesses.
(b) An eligible commercial business is a commercial business that is located within the Village of North Perry upon property used exclusively for business purposes, and has satisfactorily met all of its local, state, and federal tax filing and tax payment responsibilities.
