Any owner and/or occupant who is served a notice of violation of any of the provisions of Sections 1341.05 through 1341.19, may within ten days of receipt of such notice appeal the findings of the Property Maintenance Officer. Such appeal shall be made by filing with the Board of Zoning Appeals a notice of appeal on forms provided for such purpose. Such appeal shall be scheduled for a hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals. Fees, notice requirements, procedures for such appeals and hearing shall be set forth in Section 1104.08 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
