EDITOR'S NOTE: The Painesville Municipal Court having territorial jurisdiction within Painesville and within Painesville, Perry, Leroy, Concord and Madison Townships, has been established under Ohio R.C. 1901.01 et seq. Ohio R.C. 1901.25 provides that the Municipal Court may provide by rule how jurors shall be chosen. The Municipal Court, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 1901.26(A), may establish a schedule of fees and costs to be taxed in any action or proceeding, whether civil or criminal. There are no sections in Chapter 181. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and future legislation.
