The applicant shall submit four (4) copies of the site plan and grading plan to the Village Engineer. The Village Engineer may condition approval on revisions to be made to the grading plan and site plan in order to avoid unreasonable adverse erosion or sedimentation impact, or adverse drainage consequences to the applicant's parcel or surrounding property, or drainage courses that will receive storm water after the grade change is completed.
