(a) The Village of North Perry hereby adopts the 2002 National Electric Code for residential use for permitting and enforcement by the Lake County Building Inspection Department for one (1), two (2) and three (3) family dwellings to be constructed in the Village of North Perry, effective, retroactive to January 2, 2002.
(b) This chapter is adopted pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231. The purpose of the adoption of the 2002 National Electric Code is to provide for application of an electrical code for one (1), two (2) and three (3) family dwellings to be constructed in the Village of North Perry.
