The Lake County Building Department is designated as the inspector of all buildings in the Village of North Perry, including all building applicable to the 1999 Ohio Residential Code and shall have all powers of enforcement granted by this chapter, the Codified Ordinances of the Village of North Perry and the 1999 Ohio Residential Code, as well as those powers granted by the Ohio Revised Code.
