The Village of North Perry shall not be required to pay any fee whenever a permit, certificate, or other approval is issued to the Village of North Perry, within the Village of North Perry, whether it be for zoning, subdivision, building, right-of-way or similar permitting processes for any Village activity conducted within the Village of North Perry. Whenever any fee is required to be paid as set forth in the Codified Ordinances, rules, regulations, forms or other requirements of the Village, and such fee would otherwise be imposed upon the Village, such fee shall be deemed to have been waived by this section and all Village officials, boards and agencies shall issue any required permit, certificate or approval without the necessity for the Village to pay any fee for issuance of such permit, approval or certificate.
