3-1-15: WAIVER OF FEES FOR DISABLED VETERANS:
The Board of Trustees shall have the power to waive the fees for vending licenses required under any provisions of this Code, upon application for such license by disabled veterans who are residents of the Village; provided, however, that such waiver is recommended by the Veteran's Relief Officer of Tazewell County. (1971 Code)
