3-1-13: NOTICE OF REVOCATION; REQUEST FOR HEARING; SUSPENSION OF REVOCATION:
   (A)   Unless any provision of this Code provides to the contrary, no revocation or suspension of any license or permit issued hereunder shall be deemed effective until notice thereof has been served personally upon or mailed to the named licensee or permittee at the address specified in the application for the said license or permit.
   (B)   If, within five (5) days of the date of notice of the revocation or suspension of any license or permit, the named licensee or permittee submits to the Village Clerk in writing a request for a hearing concerning such revocation or suspension, said revocation or suspension shall be suspended until such time as the Board of Trustees shall grant the licensee or permittee a special hearing.
   (C)   If the Board of Trustees after such hearing affirms the revocation or suspension of said license or permit, the same shall become immediately effective; if the Board of Trustees by a majority vote overrules the revocation or suspension, the same shall be deemed null and void. (1971 Code)
