2-1-1: CREATION; APPOINTMENT:

There is hereby created the Board of Health for the Village which shall consist of three (3) members to be appointed by the President, by and with the consent of the Board of Trustees. Said members shall serve for a term of one year or until their successors are duly appointed and qualified. (Ord. 8, 8-6-1947)
