1-20-5: PENALTIES:
   (A)   A person is guilty of a violation if that person intentionally violates any provision of this chapter.
   (B)   A person who intentionally violates any provision of this chapter may be subject to a fine of up to seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). (Ord. 767, 5-24-2004)
