8-1-4: DANGEROUS WALKS:

Whenever it is brought to the notice of the President of the Village or to the Superintendent of Streets, that any sidewalk or part thereof in the Village has become dangerous to the public safety, he shall cause the same to be immediately repaired or removed and report such action to the next meeting of the Board. (Ord. 8, 8-6-1947)
