8-1-1: PERMIT REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to construct or lay any sidewalk upon any of the streets and alleys in the Village without first having obtained permission from the President and Board of Trustees to construct or lay the same, according to the provisions hereof. (Ord. 8, 8-6-1947)
