Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is continued or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense, and shall be punishable as such. (1971 Code)
