6-6-10: INJUNCTIVE RELIEF:

In addition to the procedures provided herein, establishments dealing in alcoholic beverages that are not in conformity with these requirements shall be subject to appropriate civil action in the court of appropriate jurisdiction for abatement. (Ord. 623, 8-12-1996)
