The President and the Village Board or any police officer of the Village may at any time call upon any able-bodied male person above the age of twenty one (21) years to aid him in arresting or taking into custody any person guilty of having committed an unlawful act, or charged therewith, or to aid such officer in preventing the commission of an unlawful act. No one shall refuse or neglect to give such aid or assistance when so directed. (Ord. 414, 8-27-1984)
