6-1-4-1: USE OF POLICE EQUIPMENT RESTRICTED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to use any police vehicle, or any other equipment belonging to the Village for any private purpose other than for police protection, or to remove the same or any part thereof from its place of deposit, or having the control thereof, to permit such vehicle, or equipment to be used for any private purpose other than aforesaid. (Ord. 414, 8-27-1984)
