The Secretary-Treasurer shall report to the Business Manager and shall assist the business manager in all administrative functions and shall keep a record of all meetings of the fire department and the attendance of members at said meetings. The secretary-treasurer shall assist in the screening of all applicants for membership to the fire department. The secretary-treasurer shall keep such other records, make reports, and furnish statistics as may be required of him by law. The secretary-treasurer shall make a report of all calls at each business meeting. (Ord. 965, 2-24-2014)
