The Business Manager shall have full charge of the administrative functions of the Fire Department, shall conduct the business meetings of the department and run the financial business of the Fire Department. In addition, the Business Manager shall request the North Pekin Police Department to conduct a background check on any individual who has applied for membership to the Fire Department, and shall assist in the screening of all applicants for membership to the Fire Department.
