It shall also be the duty of the Fire Chief to appoint two members to the position of Lieutenant of Rescue Operations. ONE member must have an E.M.T.-B certification or higher degree in medical training and the second member with an E.M.T.-B certification or an E.M.R. certification, The member with the HIGHEST LEVEL of medical training and/or experience will be placed as C-5 and the second E.M.T.-B or E.M.R., will be placed as C-6.
