The United States department of housing and urban development manufactured housing construction and safety standards code, instituted in 1976 as subsequently amended, (hereinafter referred to as "HUD") is hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter by reference thereto. The HUD code, including the electrical and plumbing codes contained therein, shall be applicable to all premanufactured homes within the jurisdiction of the village. Wherever the provisions of the HUD code conflict with the provisions of any other section of this code, including, but not limited to, the electrical and plumbing code, the provision contained in the HUD code shall supersede and take precedence over this code.
