4-1-3: BUILDING CODE ADOPTED; APPLICABILITY:
The 2006 international building code is hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter by reference thereto. The 2006 international building code shall be applicable to all structures designed and constructed within the jurisdiction of the village. (Ord. 903, 7-26-2010)
