5-1-16: MANDATORY RETIREMENT:
   (A)   The Chief of Fire Department shall retire from the Fire Department at the age of seventy (70).
   (B)   All members of the Fire Department other than the Fire Chief, shall retire from the Fire Department at the age of sixty-eight (68). (Ord. 1042, 10-12-2020)
