6-1-19: MANDATORY RETIREMENT:

(B) All police officers, all special police officers, all reserve police officers and all part-time police officers, other than the Chief of the Police, shall retire from the Police Department at the age of sixty-eight (68). (Ord. 1032, 1-27-2020; amd. Ord. 1041, 10-12-2020)
