(a) Every motorcycle operated during the times mentioned in Section 337.02, shall be equipped with a headlight as specified in Section 337.03, which headlight shall conform to Sections 337.13 and 337.14.
(b) Every motorcycle operated during the times mentioned in Section 337.02, shall be equipped with a tail light as specified in Section 337.04(a), and the registration plate shall be illuminated as set forth in Section 337.04(b).
(c) No person shall operate a motorcycle unless it is equipped with a warning device capable of giving a signal as provided in Section 337.19.
(d) Every motorcycle shall be equipped with brakes as set forth in Section 337.18. (Ord. 64-178. Passed 10-6-64.)
