377.06 OTHER EQUIPMENT.

(a) Any operator of a moped shall not attach to such moped or operate the same unless the equipment thereon conforms with the laws of the State, and the ordinances of the City.

(b) No moped operator shall pull other equipment, trailers or other individuals operating bicycles while operating a moped.
